The Alaska cruise season runs from April to early September annually but land tours run all year long.

The two main attractions are Denali National Park in the interior of the mainland and Glacier Bay National Preserve along the inner passage which is only accessible by cruise ship or plane. Both are UNESCO World Heritage Sites and definitely worth a visit.

If you have the time we highly recommend a one way cruise from either Vancouver to Anchorage or Anchorage to Vancouver and adding a land vacation to maximize your Alaska experience.
